The University of Alaska Fairbanks Community and Technical College Culinary Arts and Hospitality program will host its 27th annual scholarship dinner Saturday April 26 at 6 p.m.


The dinner features nine courses accompanied by wine pairings for each course. This event is known for its flair in food and promises to be a delightful dinner to remember. The money raised via the event supports scholarships for students enrolled in the culinary arts and baking programs.


The Culinary Arts and Hospitality Program offers certificates and associate degrees. The program is currently pursuing industry accreditation with the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation.


The scholarship dinner will be held at the Hutchison Institute of Technology, 3750 Geist Road. Tickets are $100 per seat or $750 for a table of eight and can be purchased by contacting Renee Lord at 907-455-2902 or via email at vlord2@alaska.edu.
