Diversity director joins UAF

Mae Marsh joined UAF, March 5, as the new director of diversity. Marsh replaced Earlina
Bowden, who retired in January.
Marsh served as deputy director of EEO for the Defense Contract Management Agency.
She will be responsible for continuing to ensure UAF’s compliance with federal and
state EO/AA/ADA laws, UA/UAF policies and procedures, promoting a diverse workforce,
and cultivating an environment that supports the well-being of all UAF employees and
students.
