Design Alaska Holiday Concert weekend; Great Hall will open Dec. 2

Although the Dec. 3 Design Alaska Holiday Concert has sold out, tickets are still
available for the dress rehearsal Saturday, Dec. 2, at 3 p.m. in the Davis Concert
Hall. The newly refurbished Regents' Great Hall will be accessible to the public beginning
Dec. 2.
Both performances include traditional favorites such as "Hark! the Herald Angels Sing,"
"Sleigh Ride" and "The Christmas Song," among many other settings and arrangements
of familiar and cherished holiday tunes. The concert concludes with a traditional
audience singalong.
The Fairbanks Youth Orchestra will provide refreshments during intermission as a fundraiser
during Saturday's event.
Celebrating their 60th anniversary year in Fairbanks, Design Alaska is the longtime
