Culinary arts students serve up Alaska sustainable dinner

UAF CTC Culinary Arts and Hospitality students serve the Asian Style Alaskan Black Cod course as part of the 2012 Scholarship Dinner.  The dinner supports students enrolled in the culinary arts and baking programs by providing scholarship support through the UA Foundation. This year featured an Alaska sustainable themed eight-course menu showcasing primarily Alaskan-grown products.
