Culinary arts Professor Jennifer Jolis will be the featured speaker for the Research
Showcase at 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 24 in Schaible Auditorium. The general public
is welcome.Sponsored by the Office of Undergraduate Research and Scholarly Activity, the Research Showcase is held each Wednesday and is free and open to the UAF community and the general public.
