Construction work around the west side of Irving 1 and the east end of O'Neill will be ongoing until late summer. The work includes removing the concrete canopy, tunnel and stairs in the area due to structural damage. New work includes new exterior concrete sidewalks, entrances and stairs, and a new entryway into Irving 1 at Level 2.

The Level 2 west entry to Irving 1 and the connecting tunnel to O'Neill will be closed starting at 8 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 13.  The closure will last until July 30. The Level 2 southeast entrance of O'Neill will remain open until March 7, after which it will close until July 30, 2019.

Access to Irving 1 will be via the Level 1 entries through the vet med area or from the Irving 2 northwest entry. Irving 1 may also be accessed from the common entry at Level 2 between Irving 1 and Irving 2.

Access to O'Neill will be via the Level 1 entries (east and west) and the Level 2 southwest entrance.

Fencing will be installed around affected areas. Users should exercise caution when traveling in and around the area, and should follow all safety and directional signs.
