Confusing enrollment data

I'm very confused about the UAF enrollment data: https://www.uaf.edu/files/pair/Fall_2019_ESRs/ESR_Fall_Enrollment_and_SCH_for_2019-04-22.pdf The UAF enrollment numbers (2710) and decline (234) % decline (8%) do not match the totals under Fairbanks campus. Same applies to UAA. Is this a spreadsheet error or some hidden math?
