A Chinese New Year celebration will be held Sunday, Feb. 20, at 4:30 p.m. at Pioneer Park Civic Center, with a
buffet dinner and performances. Tickets in advance are $15 for adults and $8 for
children 5 – 12 years old, or $18 for adults and $10 for children 5 – 12 years old
