Changes to OIT Licensed Software?

I've heard a rumor that some licensed software currently available through OIT is being discontinued next May. I've heard that this applies to all licensed Adobe software and some other programs, too. However, I cannot find any information about this on OIT's website. Could someone confirm whether or not these software licenses are ending? Also, would it be possible to have this information placed on OIT's website so that users who rely on this software can begin planning and budgeting for changes?
