Chancellor's forum on strategic planning

The chancellor's forum on strategic planning will take place from 1-2 p.m. Thursday, April 11, in the Wood Center ballroom.
UAF’s current strategic plan will expire in 2019, and committees have been busy since last fall to create a new strategic plan. Join the chancellor and the strategic planning committee chairs to hear an update on their progress and ask questions.
Speakers include Chancellor Dan White and the following committee chairs:
- Modernize the student experience chair, Alex Hirsch, CLA
- Solidify global leadership in Alaska’s Native and Indigenous programs chair, Patricia Sekaquaptewa, CRCD
- Achieve Tier 1 research status chair, Taryn Lopez, GI
- Transform UAF's IP development and commercialization enterprise chair, Peter Webley, GI
- Embrace and grow a culture of respect, diversity, inclusion and caring chair, Jessie Young-Robertson, AFES and SNRE
- Revitalize Key academic programs chair, Jennifer Tilbury, CTC
