CES to offer Mushroom Growing Workshop March 13

The public is invited to a workshop on growing edible mushrooms for home or
commercial production. Glenn Coville, of the Wild Branch Valley Farm in Vermont,
will be the instructor. The workshop will begin with a short presentation on Coville’s
commercial mushroom operation followed by a hands-on segment on cultivating mushrooms
in straw.
The Fairbanks Mushroom Growing Workshop will be held from 1 – 4:30 p.m., March 13,
at the Princess Riverside Lodge. The cost is $35.
