Several community programs are offered in 2017. The first, Hands-On History of Sourdough, will feature Marsha Munsell, retired UAF nutrition educator, teaching participants how to make and care for their own sourdough starter. Participants will receive starter passed down from the late Lola Tilly, home economics professor from 1929 to 1963. Space is limited to 20 people, so sign up today for this workshop Feb. 18 at 9 a.m. Register and view a complete list of events.
