Campus weather advisories

Because UAF is a residential campus, we make every effort to keep the campus open
and operating during inclement weather. Facilities Services crews work to keep sidewalks
and roads as safe and clear as possible. Members of the campus community and public
are urged to use caution when traveling around campus in vehicles or on foot.
Employees should use their own judgement about whether it is safe for them to travel
to work and, if not, coordinate appropriate leave with their supervisors. Faculty
members should communicate directly with their students or department chairs about
any class cancellations.
