Final exams and classes at the University of Alaska Fairbanks will remain in session today, Dec. 13 and university offices will be open regular hours. Students and employees should use their best judgment about whether it is safe for them to travel to campus today.

Students who are unable to make it to their final exams should contact their faculty member directly. Members of the faculty are encouraged to be flexible in working with students who cannot safely make it to campus for exams.

Employees who cannot safely travel to campus should work directly with their supervisors.

The National Weather Service is forecasting the winter storm warning to remain in effect until at least 3 p.m.lease use caution when driving or walking to and from campus and on campus roadways and sidewalks. Allow extra time to reach your destination.
