Campus locations in the Fairbanks and North Pole areas are open regular hours Friday, Dec. 6.
The National Weather Service has extended the freezing rain advisory through 3 a.m. Saturday. The forecast is for light freezing rain diminishing overnight. Because of icy conditions in some areas, drivers and pedestrians are urged to use caution when traveling and to allow extra time to reach their destinations safely.
