Camp energy presentation scheduled March 12

A free presentation at the Westmark Fairbanks Hotel March 12 will focus on practical energy solutions for camps and other remote locations.
Cooperative Extension energy specialist Art Nash and Dave Pelunis-Messier of the Tanana Chiefs Conference will present different energy options from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Chena Room.
They will cover solar cells, small windmills, hydro props, battery banks and rocket stoves, which can help meet a variety of energy needs.
