Borealis Bistro is open

The Borealis Bistro is offering its spring semester lunch service. A prix fixe (set
price) meal is available Thursdays only from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Hutchison Institute
of Technology.
On Feb. 19, the bistro will feature Northwest cuisine. On Feb. 26, it will be French.
The cost is $12. Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are recommended. Call 455-2902.
