Many employees may not be aware that Statewide HR must have a designated mailing address for each employee.  Your "HR Address" is where Statewide Benefits will send open enrollment and health care information.

Please make sure your HR address is up to date by reviewing your personal information in UAOnline. You cannot change this address online, you must complete an address  change form and submit it to your campus HR office.  You can follow the link through UAOnline to the change form (PDF).

Please check email regularly as information may be sent out over the next couple of weeks regarding health care changes for FY12.
