The Banff Mountain Film Festival will be at UAF Sunday, Feb. 11.

The Banff Mountain Film Festival, a program of Banff Centre, is the largest and one of the most prestigious mountain film festivals in the world. The event is a collection of action, environmental and adventure films, and includes some selected specifically for Fairbanks. The festival takes viewers to exotic landscapes and remote cultures, and brings them up close and personal with adrenaline-packed action sports.

The film showing starts at 6 p.m. in the Davis Concert Hall. Doors open at 5 p.m. Join us to socialize with local groups and vendors before the film starts.

Tickets are available for $12 for students, $15 for nonstudents, at the SRC front desk, Outdoor Adventures and Beaver Sports, or $18 at the door. Download a flyer to share here.
