Aug. 30 deadline for UA planning survey

August 27, 2019

Tori Tragis

Aug. 30 is the deadline for the public to give input on options on short- and long-term plans for the University of Alaska in response to the reduced budget. Data from the survey will serve an important role in the Board of Regents’ consideration of how the university will continue meeting the state’s needs for higher education in a constrained financial environment. The board plans to make decisions on university structure and programs in September.

The survey was initially published without the consent form. If you took the survey and did not fill out the consent form, please fill out that portion of the survey now and click "Submit." You do not need to fill out the rest of the survey. Responses that do not have a corresponding consent form will not be included in the analysis.

Here is a link to the survey. Participation in the survey is voluntary. All responses will be kept confidential; only combined results without identifying information will be reported. The survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
