Alaska's Land and Sea Lecture Series: The Underwater World of the Aleutian Islands June 19

Reid Brewer will give a free presentation 7 p.m., Tuesday, June 19 in 201 O'Neill as part of Alaska's Land and Sea Lecture Series. Rare footage and photographs of the undersea life of the Aleutian Islands will be shown. Experience what it's like to scuba dive for king crab, venture through unvisited kelp forests and visit with northern fur seals.

Brewer has been the Marine Advisory Program agent in Unalaska for the last eight years. He is an avid scuba diver and has recently published a book of photos called Sea Life of the Aleutians.

Alaska's Land and Sea Lecture Series will be held every Tuesday evening June 5 – August 14 (no lecture on July 3) at 7 p.m. in 201 O'Neill.
