Administrative services forum scheduled

Vice Chancellor Pat Pitney and the administrative services directors will host an
open forum on Tuesday, May 20, from 10:30 a.m. to noon in the Murie Building auditorium.
The presentation will be available via Blackboard Collaborate (http://goo.gl/2Wqz18) for remote site participants.
Agenda items include:
- Budget updates for fiscal years 2014 and 2015
- Space utilization study
- Grant setup and recruitment process changes
- Safety reporting
- Training initiative
- Construction updates
The forum is open to all staff and faculty.
Deans, directors, department heads, executive officers, fiscal managers and grant awardees are encouraged to attend.
