Adding speed bumps

The west end portion of North Tanana Drive use to have speed bumps just north of O'Neill/WRRB before asphalt work was needed to repair the holes caused by melting ice lenses. New asphalt was installed but the speed bumps were not, although the signs still exist. Since that time North Tanana Drive is now fully connected, additional parking was added, and traffic use is much heavier. People now routinely speed on North Tanana Drive through which is basically the parking lots for those buildings. I'm amazed I haven't looked out the window to see the after math of any T-bone accidents yet but my guess is that it is only a matter of time(that or I've missed getting to see one). A speed limit sign won't due squat in addressing this issue.
