Students and other members of UAF's Student Recreation Center can win prizes for completing challenges as part of the Department of Recreation, Adventure and Wellness' 49Fit event.

Participants complete 49 units of a task (such as run 49 miles, skate 49 laps, etc.) in one month and sign a poster for that event.

They can complete one event, multiple events or even all of the events. Prizes increase with the number of completed challenges.

Posters for each event are located in the SRC or near the location of the corresponding event. For example, the poster for swimming is located in pool area.

Challenges include:

All challenges must be completed in one month. Participants must sign the poster for the amount completed to count.
