Safety perception survey extended

The 2016 safety perception survey has been extended until April 11, 2016.
The Office of Environmental, Health, Safety and Risk Management appreciates your honest
feedback and will use your responses to improve safety programs here at UAF.
The survey was distributed to employees via email starting the week of March 21.
Please take a few minutes to complete this short survey. This will also be your last
opportunity to win some incentive prizes, including $25 and $50 gift cards.
