IADC WellSharp well control classes are ongoing with limited class sizes and safety
and hygiene protocols in place.
MAPTS mine training camps are ongoing at half-capacity with safety and hygiene protocols in place. No visitors to camp without pre-screening.

MAPTS was established in 1979 to deliver training, development, and consulting services to the resource industries of Alaska. Since that time, MAPTS has broadened its offerings to include employer-driven soft-skills and hands-on hard-skills industrial training.
The Mining and Petroleum Training Service provides health, safety and environmental training for industry in Alaska. We provide training on underground and surface mining at mine camps as well as training in IADC well control, MSHA compliance and other topics.
