OIPC Searches for an Intern

The Office of Intellectual Property and Commercialization is on the search to bring on a new team member! Within the Federal Work Study program we’ve begun the search for a student that is interested in understanding how scientific research can transform into social impact. Our next team member will gain deep insight into how patents, university research, and technology licensing operate in the real world.
It is a great opportunity to connect with university innovators across departments, patent attorneys, business leaders, and entrepreneurs. Our small team handles everything from event execution, processes optimization, and market research. The ideal teammate is organized and energized by scientific inquiry, business processes, or both! There will be opportunities for you to engage with our work in areas directly related to your interests or keep it simple by handling the day-to-day tasks.
