• We accept late applications up to one month after initial deadline for the Spring and Fall terms only. There is an additional $30 late fee for late applications.

• December 10, 2013 – Petitions, Memos, & Advisor Approvals
• December 10, 2013 – All Test Scores (i.e. CLEP, Library Skills Competency, etc.) are due
• December 13, 2013 – All UAF Correspondence Coursework (including the final) MUST be completed
  (This applies to Year and Semester Based Correspondence Study courses)

• October 15, 2013 – Application of Graduation are due
• December 10, 2013 – Change of Grade Forms for any Incomplete/Deferred grades are due
• December 17, 2013 – Official transcripts from other institutions, and any changes that would have an affect on UAF transcripts, are due
  (Including coursework that you recently completed or are currently enrolled in that has not been transferred to UAF)

• July 15, 2013 (the semester before you graduate ) – Advancement to Candidacy is due to the Graduate School
• December 3, 2013 – Thesis (Post-Defense Copy) is due with the Graduate School
• December 20, 2013 – Graduate Reports are due with the Graduate School
  (These include, but are not limited to: Report on Comprehensive Exams, Research Tool or Language, Project Defense, Thesis Defense, Graduate Petition Form)
