ORIENTATION CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

All new students are encouraged to attend UAF Orientation. The Orientation program is MANDATORY for all EDGE students (first-year residential students under 20 years of age with fewer than 20 college credits), UA Scholars and International students. The $75 orientation fee is billed directly to your student account.

Refunds are granted if you are not required to attend Orientation or on a case-by-case basis for mandated students.

A written refund request must be submitted via mail, fax or email. Be sure to include your name, student ID number, email address and state the reason why you will not be attending and attach any supporting documentation. Approved refunds will be credited to your student account.
