Unhappy with Prevention Cloud

I'm wondering why the new PreventionCloud system requires significantly more paperwork and effort on behalf of our already overwhelmed employees. I was very frustrated to see that we now have to download and manage the collection and submission of "optometrist visit packets," "dental visit packets" and "physician visit packets" if we want our annual visits to count for points. In the past, points appeared in the system for us with no extra paperwork required. Many of us have already completed qualifying annual visits for this new plan year, and it would have been nice to know about this change so we could have brought the paperwork to the appointments. Why can't we just submit an EOB? Also, the link for the immunization attestation is missing. I would have sent these questions and comments to the plan liaison, but apparently we won't know who that is until Oct. 1?
