Toolik Field Station recognized for water system excellence

Toolik Field Station was recognized by the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation in its new Water System Excellence Award program.


Toolik received the Ursa Major tier, the highest level of recognition. Toolik maintained four quarters of operator training and certification compliance and incurred no drinking water violations during the year. Recognition goes to Toolik Field Station's certified water system operators and staff who perform water system maintenance.
