>Variety trials are returning to the Georgeson Botanical Garden in Fairbanks and the Matanuska Experiment Farm in Palmer. This summer we tested four varieties each of Daikon radishes, beets, carrots, and turnips. Results are available here. Next year, we want to test more crops and varieties, but we can’t test everything. We’re conducting a survey to help us decide what to test. Let us know your thoughts. More information about the variety trials is available on the SNRE blog.
