Research in Education

UAF-SOE is a leader in pioneering new and better ways to provide high-quality instruction and equity in access to education for all. Faculty and students engage in creative interdisciplinary scholarship that shapes the practice of teaching and supports human progress. Alaska’s vast size, extreme climate, and multi ethnic population create challenges to education and also provide unique research opportunities that require wisdom and imagination.
