Annual Evaluation

All faculty at UAF shall prepare an Annual Activities Report, submitted through Faculty 180.  The requirement for annual reporting of professional activities has been in place at UAF since 1989, and is in accordance with provisions as outlined in the UAF policies and Regulations for the Appointment of Faculty, Article 6.1.3 of the UAFT Collective Bargaining Agreement, and Article 9.2 of the UNAC Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Note: Tenured faculty at UAF also undergo a comprehensive post-tenure review on a regular cycle.  Please see the UAFT post-tenure page or the UNAC post-tenure page for additional information on the post-tenure review process.

UAFT-represented faculty

UAFT-represented faculty members shall submit an Annual Activities Report through Faculty 180 by September 15, 2015, reporting their professional activities for July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015.  The self-evaluation is an important part of the evaluation process; it should assess your success or difficulty in meeting expectations identified in your workload plan.

UNAC-represented and Non-represented Faculty

UNAC-represented and non-represented faculty members shall submit an Annual Activities Report through Faculty 180 by October 2, 2015, reporting their professional activities for July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015.  The self-evaluation is an important part of the evaluation process; it should assess your success or difficulty in meeting expectations identified in your workload plan.
