The committee provides feedback regarding the program's effectiveness in the following categories: centrality to the university's mission, quality and distinctiveness within the UA system, student demand, employment opportunities for graduates, productivity, efficiency and total cost.

Role Specific Resources

Departments and programs are responsible for preparing reports, accessing data and utilizing resources related to academic degree and certificate program improvement.

Data Liaisons are individuals within each college or school who have volunteered to serve as a resource for understanding and using financial, academic and student success data.

Review Committees will receive reports from departments and programs within their school or college and provide feedback regarding academic programs. Committees also have the option to refer a program for further evaluation by the university-wide committee composed of faculty and administrators.

Deans and Administrators will oversee the review process and utilize resources related to the departments and the academic programs within their school or college.
