Academic Leadership Institute
What is the Academic Leadership Institute?
The UAF Academic Leadership Institute is a unique and exciting, two-semester long professional development opportunity for a cohort of university employees who are interested in gaining a deeper understanding of current issues and changing landscape in higher education.
The Institute meets once a month on a Saturday morning from 9am-noon (see schedule below). Most meetings will include a dialogue with an invited speaker (such as the UA President, a UA Board of Regent representative, a community leader, or another key Alaskan leader), a question and answer session, and a case study discussion. Continental breakfast will be served.
The application for the 2024-25 Academic Leadership Institute is closed. The Deadline for application submission is May 17th, 2024, by 5 p.m.
The application form can be located here.
Any questions or comments about this program should be directed to the Office of the Provost at uaf-provost@alaska.edu or by contacting Alyssa Enriquez at 907-474-6634 or at amenriquez2@alaska.edu.
