Welcome to the Office of Grants and Contracts Administration (Pre-Award)

The Office of Grants and Contracts Administration (Pre-Award), formerly OSP, oversees the administration of sponsored programs for UAF at the pre-award level. OGCA-Pre operates through delegation of authority from the Chancellor as a integrated part of OGCA.
