Kim Aragon Stewart

Instructor of Spanish


Kim Aragon Stewart, ABD (2014) in Interdisciplinary Applied Linguistics, has an M.Ed Education, and a BA in Linguistics. She began teaching as an adjunct in 1991 and as an instructor beginning 1999. Her areas of expertise are Spanish, linguistics, and English as a Second Language. Her research area concerns the teaching of Spanish to Heritage Speakers of Spanish. she is a member of the Association of Applied Linguistics, the American Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese, Alaskans for Language Acquisition. She is also a member of Phi Kappa Phi.
