The UA Staff Alliance is pleased to once again offer a class fee scholarship for UA classes taken by staff that directly support their career or professional development. The scholarship, good for the 2024 Fall Semester, is for up to $250 per employee.

University of Alaska, United Academics to begin contract negotiations this Fall

The University of Alaska will begin negotiations with United Academics (UNAC) on a new contract this fall. UNAC represents most of the faculty at the UA System, and the current bargaining agreement expires at the end of this year.
