President Pitney to Deliver "State of the University" Address

University of Alaska President Pat Pitney will deliver this year's "State of the University" Address on Tuesday, February 21, at the Greater Fairbanks Chamber of Commerce's weekly business luncheon. The address will focus on how the university empowers Alaska, and highlight excellence across the UA System.

The Board of Regents will have committee meetings on Feb. 23 and a full board meeting on Feb. 24 in Anchorage with a focus on goals and measures, economic impacts, and workforce development.

UAOnline and other Banner applications will be unavailable during March 9-14 cloud migration

Starting at 5 p.m. on Thursday, March 9 the final phase of transitioning all Banner applications and associated Ellucian products to the cloud will commence, with an expected completion date of no later than Tuesday, March 14. During that time, there will be absolutely no access to UAOnline or other Banner applications.
