Research Overview
The goal of my graduate research is to determine how changing environmental conditions
in glacially-influenced estuaries may impact the ability of a major ecosystem engineer,
the Pacific blue mussel (Mytilus trossulus), and the intertidal community it helps
structure, to recover from environmental disturbances.
