Love Beer? Learn more about it! Come in and check out these fun and educational beer tasting sessions. Learn about beer varietals, the brewing process and breweries.
Beer tastings are conducted throughout the semester. Tickets are sold in the Pub during Pub hours. The tickets are sold in advance because the seating is limited, they do go fast! The beers sampled are carefully selected for each tasting-which are normally organized around a central theme. Ticket holders will sample several different choices at each tasting. Hors d'oeuvres are also served. Attendees are encouraged to participate in our fun quizzes, which are conducted at the end of each tasting (and you win prizes too!)
Fall Tasting Dates :
Thursday, October 22 : "Old World Beers" will includes fantstic beers from centry old breweries. 6pm, $12, tickets sold at door only.
Thursday, November 12 : "Vertical Alaskan Brewing Smoked Porter Tasting"~ We will sample thisy this local AK treat at different stages of maturity. 6pm, $15
Thursday, December 3 : "Holiday Seasonals"~ From Lambics to nuts and berries, we will be enjoying the variety that accompanies holiday beers. 6pm, $15
