The Spring 2014 Student Organization Fair is upon us! 

 
There is a new format this spring:
Tuesday, February 18th is reserved for Academic, Departmental, & Honors student organizations. 
Wednesday, February 19th is reserved for Recreational, Social, and Special Interest student organizations. 
 
The LIVE Office will be sponsoring prize drawings each day. Students who fill up a student club fair punch card will be entered to win sweet swag. 
 
The Student Organizations Fair will take place in Wood Center and run from 11am - 2pm each day.
 
Table location will be first come first serve both days.
 
Student Organizations will be assigned half a table due to space limitations unless otherwise requested. 
 
Refreshments can either be sold or given away at the fair. 
If you are selling or giving away food please ensure your organization turns in a food waiver.

ASUAF Club Funding Application

Funding applications are due Saturday, February 14th by 5pm. 

If you have any questions regarding your application please contact Vice-President Mike Mancill at asuaf.office@alaska.edu or stop into his office in ASUAF. 
 
Requirements to receive funding:
1. Organization MUST be approved through LIVE Office
2. An updated Account Signers form MUST be on file with the LIVE Office
3. At least one member MUST attend Officer Training
 
If you have any questions as to whether your club is recognized or qualifies please contact the LIVE office at 474-1959. If you need to update an Account Signers form please contact Lexi Bystedt at aabystedt@alaska.edu or call 474-5755. 
 
If your student organization is not recognized and approved your club will NOT receive funding. 

Student Organizations Officer Training

All UAF Student Organizations are required to send at least one member to an officer training once per semester. Organizations are strongly encouraged to send a member who has not previously attended a training.

Organizations are welcome to bring more than one officer. Information presented will be the same at both training sessions.

Training will be offered:

Wednesday, October 2nd at 7pm in the Wood Center Ballroom
& Saturday, October 5th at 1pm in the Wood Center Ballroom.

Both events will be catered.
