Student Organization Description:
1. To support the philosophy and candidates of the Democratic Party. 2. To support the efforts to increase the participation of UAF students in political affairs. 3. To educate and train its members so that they may be better able to educate students at UAF about the philosophy of the Democratic Party; assist in the election of local, state, and national Democratic candidates; and affect political change on the local, state, and national level. 4. To expose the campus community to the issues that will affect their daily lives and the avenues available for making a difference in the political system.
