Emerging Leaders Retreat

Be a leader on your campus and in your community! Attend the Emerging Leaders Retreat!
The Emerging Leaders Retreat is an annual leadership experience designed for first-year students, transfer students or those who have limited leadership experience and are interested in developing their leadership knowledge and skills. The three-day, overnight retreat, which is delivered off campus, provides a rich learning experience regardless of whether or not you hold a formal leadership position.
As a result of participating in the Emerging Leaders Retreat, students will:
Build an awareness of you leadership strengths
Develop connections to the campus community
Explore leadership through experiential learning and reflection
Create a community of leaders on campus
Have fun!
The retreat is a great opportunity to develop connections with your peers and learn a lot about yourself. It includes a variety of team building activities, interactive games, and small group discussion. Be prepared to have an amazing weekend!
