This sample page demonstrates the use of the email CGI on www.uaf.edu. You are encouraged to examine the source html code to see how it's all done. Comments in the source explain some of the elements necessary to use the CGI.

These fields should be hidden INPUTS with fixed values in your web pages. They are shown as user definable fields here so you can mess with them and see how they work.
