Winter Cabin Fever Daze

and program was organized by Carol Woodall.
Though we organized this event later
than usual this year, it is never out-of-season to remind ourselves of the multitude
of exciting activities going on in this town. It was a beautiful sunny day and
the roads were a bit icy!

Elizabeth Shapland,
long-time UWA and Cabin Fever Quilters Association member spoke of the quilting
activities. The Cabin Fever Quilters Association meets the 3rd Tuesday of every
month at 7:15 at Monroe Catholic High School (come in the back door). Beginners
welcome. Come learn quilting through helping with community service projects.
