See amusing and edifying shows in Science Theater. Play with bubbles, pan for gold and check out nifty rocks. Look through a microscope, pet a lizard, make gooey slime, and take home a balloon filled with a genuine chemical element. Learn about UAF's Partners in Science program. There will be lab tours, equipment demonstrations, and lots of hands on activities throughout the day. You can even learn how to do fascinating and fun science projects at home.
The Natural Science Facility is located on Yukon drive between the upper residence halls and the UA Museum of the North. Parking in the lot behind the building is free. The lizards are looking forward to meeting you!
