Happy Holidays from the University of Alaska Fairbanks! UAF offices will close at 5 p.m. Wednesday, December 24 and reopen at 8 a.m. Monday, January 5. The TVC Downtown Center and Hutchison Career Center will be closed December 22 to January 4; TVC and Hutchison will reopen at 8 a.m. Monday, January 5.

The University of Alaska Museum will be opened for limited hours during the holidays. Visit the museum between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Dec. 26 - Jan. 4.

Previous winter closures have saved UAF more than a quarter of a million dollars through reduced staffing levels, lowered building temperatures, and conservative use of lights, computers and laser printers. Snow removal, custodial services and maintenance will be at reduced, holiday levels.
