University Relations maintains an ever-expanding collection of professional photographs showcasing the people, places and activities at UAF.
The UAF community is welcome to browse and select images from the University Relations photo collection for university-related publications, websites, presentations and other uses.
The images in the gallery are just some of the photos in a much larger catalog. If you don't see what you need in the online collection, more images may be available. All UAF images are protected by copyright. Please don't use them without permission. Appropriate use of the UAF logo may be required to use the images. Image requests are handled as quickly as possible but sometimes take a few days to complete. Please plan ahead to accommodate a one-week turnaround time for most requests.
Anyone can buy images from the online collection for personal use. You can order the image as a print, on a tote bag or mug, a T-shirt -- there a lots of ideas for gifts or a memento for yourself. From the photo gallery, just click the yellow "Buy Photos" button.

In addition to JR Ancheta's services, our retired chief photographer, Todd Paris, is available for shoots on a limited basis beginning in late May and continuing through Dec. 10. Departments will need to provide account information for his services. Contact Kim Davis in University Relations at email@example.com or 474-6726 for more information.
Photos in UAF presentations, publications, signage and advertising in print and/or online must have the consent of identifiable individuals on a signed model release. Permission of persons obviously posing for a photo is implied, so no release is needed in such instances. Other exceptions include photos of individuals participating in a public performance (theater, athletics, dance, etc.) or public crowd shots in which no individual is singled out.
